Die-Cut Brochures

Die-cut brochures break free from the standard rectangular format, allowing you to create brochures in virtually any shape imaginable. Using precision steel-rule dies, we cut your brochures to custom shapes — circular, arch-top, house-shaped, product-shaped, or any unique silhouette that aligns with your brand identity.

At Perklets Print, our die-cutting capabilities allow you to create brochures that are impossible to ignore. The custom shape itself becomes a communication tool — a house-shaped brochure for a real estate agency, a bottle-shaped leaflet for a beverage brand, or an arch-top brochure for an architectural firm.

Die-cut brochures are printed on premium paper stocks with high-quality lamination before being precisely cut to shape. The result is a distinctive marketing piece that stands out in any display rack, mailing, or face-to-face presentation.

FAQs: Die-Cut Brochures

What shapes can die-cut brochures be made in?

Almost any shape — circles, ovals, arches, custom product shapes, logo shapes, or entirely custom silhouettes. Complex shapes with very fine details or thin connecting elements may have minimum size requirements.

How do I provide the die-cut shape?

Provide your artwork with a separate layer or file showing the cut outline as a vector path or spot colour. Our team can also create a die-cut template based on your concept.

Is die-cutting expensive?

Die-cutting adds a premium to standard brochure pricing due to the custom tooling required. However, for quantities of 500+, the per-unit cost becomes very competitive and the impact on recipients is far greater than standard formats.

Can die-cut brochures be folded?

Yes, die-cut brochures can be combined with fold options. The most common combination is a die-cut outer shape with an internal bi-fold or gate-fold.
