DL Envelopes
DL envelopes are the most widely used business envelope format worldwide. Measuring 220 x 110 mm, they perfectly fit an A4 sheet folded in thirds, making them the standard choice for letters, invoices, statements, and general business correspondence.
At Perklets Print, we produce custom-printed DL envelopes that turn every piece of outgoing mail into a branded touchpoint. Your logo, company colours, and contact details are printed in full CMYK colour on quality paper stock, ensuring your envelope makes a professional impression before it is even opened.
Our DL envelopes come with peel and seal closures as standard — the most convenient and professional closure method. Window and non-window options are available, and we offer a range of paper weights from standard 100 GSM to premium 160 GSM for a more substantial feel.

FAQs: DL Envelopes
What fits in a DL envelope?
A DL envelope fits an A4 sheet folded in thirds (letter fold). It is the standard size for business letters, invoices, statements, and correspondence. Tri-fold brochures also fit DL envelopes perfectly.
Do you offer window DL envelopes?
Yes, we offer standard window (bottom left, 90 x 45 mm) and custom window positions. The window allows the recipient address on the letter to show through, eliminating the need for separate address labels.
What closure types are available?
Peel and seal (self-adhesive strip) is our standard — it is the most convenient and professional option. Gummed (moisture-activated) closures are also available on request.
Can I print on both sides?
Standard printing is on the front only. Back flap printing is available at additional cost — popular for adding a website URL, tagline, or decorative seal design.
