Die-Cut Flyers

Die-cut flyers break free from the standard rectangle. Using custom steel dies, we cut your flyers into any shape you can imagine — circles, arches, product silhouettes, building outlines, speech bubbles, or any custom contour that matches your brand or campaign theme.

The impact of a non-rectangular flyer is immediate and powerful. When someone receives a flyer shaped like a coffee cup, a house, a car, or your logo, it instantly communicates creativity and stands out from every other piece of print they have received. Die-cut flyers have significantly higher retention rates because people are more likely to keep and share something visually unique.

Our die-cut flyers are printed on premium 300-350 GSM card stock for structural integrity, with full-color CMYK printing and optional finishing upgrades including lamination, Spot UV, and foil stamping. From concept to delivery, Perklets Print handles the entire process including die creation.

What is the maximum size for die-cut flyers?

Our maximum die-cut size is approximately 297mm x 420mm (A3). For larger custom shapes, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Can die-cut flyers have holes or windows?

Yes, die-cutting can include internal cutouts, windows, and holes in addition to the outer shape. This opens up creative possibilities like peek-through designs and interactive elements.

Do die-cut flyers cost more than standard flyers?
