Custom Die-Cut Folders

Custom die-cut folders break free from the standard rectangular format to create truly unique presentation pieces that reflect your brand personality. Using precision steel dies, we cut your folders into custom shapes — rounded corners, window cutouts, asymmetric flaps, shaped pockets, or entirely bespoke silhouettes.

Die-cutting transforms a functional document holder into a conversation-starting brand asset. Whether you want a subtle detail like a curved pocket edge or a dramatic shape that mirrors your logo, custom die-cutting makes your folders instantly recognizable and impossible to forget.

Our die-cutting process uses precision tooling that delivers clean, burr-free edges on every piece. Combined with premium printing, lamination, and optional finishing techniques like foil or embossing, a custom die-cut folder becomes a powerful expression of your brand that clients keep long after the meeting ends.

FAQs: Custom Die-Cut Folders

What shapes can you die-cut?

We can die-cut virtually any shape — rounded corners, curved edges, window cutouts, custom pocket shapes, logo-shaped silhouettes, and more. If you can draw it, we can cut it.

Is there a setup cost for custom dies?

Yes, custom die-cutting requires a one-time die creation fee. This die is then stored and can be reused for future orders at no additional tooling cost.

Can I combine die-cutting with foil or embossing?

Absolutely. Custom die-cut folders can incorporate any combination of finishes including foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, and specialty lamination for a truly premium result.

What is the minimum order for custom die-cut folders?

The minimum order for custom die-cut folders is 100 pieces. Due to the die creation cost, larger orders offer significantly better per-unit pricing.

How long does the die creation process take?

Die creation typically adds 3-5 business days to the production schedule. Total turnaround including printing and finishing is 10-14 business days after artwork approval.
