- Bleed area: No bleed required — artwork is printed within the lanyard width. Keep design within the safe zone.
- Crop area: Print area per width: 10 mm — 8 mm usable / 15 mm — 13 mm usable / 20 mm — 18 mm usable.
- Safe area: Keep all text and logo elements at least 1 mm from the edges of the lanyard width.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom lanyards?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces for standard polyester lanyards. For premium woven fabric lanyards, the minimum is 100 pieces. Bulk discounts apply from 250 pieces upwards.
Can I print full colour on lanyards?
Yes, dye sublimation printing supports full-colour designs including gradients, photographs, and complex logos. The colour is embedded directly into the fabric, making it extremely durable and vibrant. Screen printing is ideal for simple logos with 1–4 solid colours.
What attachment types are available?
We offer J-hook (standard), safety breakaway clip (splits apart under force for safety), carabiner clip (for heavier items), and retractable badge reels. Safety breakaway clips are recommended for schools, hospitals, and public-facing staff.
Can lanyards be printed on both sides?
Yes, double-sided printing is available for dye sublimation lanyards. This allows you to print your logo on one side and a website URL, tagline, or event name on the reverse — maximising every surface of the lanyard.
