Tuck End Boxes

Tuck end boxes are one of the most versatile and widely used packaging formats in retail. The simple tuck-in flap closure makes them easy to assemble, fill, and close — ideal for high-volume packaging lines and manual assembly alike. They are the go-to choice for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food products, and consumer electronics.

At Perklets Print, we produce custom tuck end boxes on premium card stock with full-colour printing and a wide range of finishing options. Whether you need a straight tuck end, reverse tuck end, or auto-bottom tuck end design, we engineer each box for a clean, professional appearance and reliable performance.

Our tuck end boxes are printed on 300–400 GSM card stock and can be enhanced with matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, and window cut-outs. The result is packaging that protects your product, communicates your brand, and stands out on the shelf.

FAQs: Tuck End Boxes

What is the difference between straight and reverse tuck?

In a straight tuck end box, both the top and bottom flaps tuck in the same direction. In a reverse tuck, the top flap tucks in from the front and the bottom flap from the back, providing a more secure closure and cleaner look on shelf.

Can I add a window to my tuck end box?

Yes, we offer custom window cut-outs with a clear PET film backing. Window shapes can be rectangular, circular, or custom die-cut to match your brand design.

Do tuck end boxes ship flat?

Yes, tuck end boxes are delivered flat and can be easily assembled by hand or machine. This saves significantly on shipping and storage costs compared to rigid boxes.

What card stock thickness should I choose?

300 GSM is suitable for lightweight products and cosmetics. 350 GSM is the most popular all-purpose weight. 400 GSM provides extra rigidity for heavier products or a more premium feel.

Can I print on the inside?

Yes, interior printing is available at additional cost. It is popular for cosmetics and premium consumer goods where the unboxing experience matters.
