Embroidered T-Shirts

Embroidered t-shirts carry an unmistakable premium quality that printed designs simply cannot replicate. The raised texture of embroidered thread adds depth, dimension, and a tactile richness that communicates craftsmanship and attention to detail — making embroidery the preferred branding method for luxury brands, high-end corporate uniforms, and premium merchandise.

At Perklets Print, we use state-of-the-art multi-head embroidery machines that produce consistent, high-quality stitching across every garment. Our digitising team converts your logo or artwork into an optimised embroidery file, adjusting stitch density, underlay, and sequencing to ensure your design looks its best in thread form. We work with a wide palette of thread colours, including metallic and neon options, to match your brand precisely.

Embroidered t-shirts are exceptionally durable — the stitching withstands industrial washing, outdoor exposure, and daily wear without fading or deteriorating. Whether you need 25 pieces for your executive team or 1000 for your entire staff, our embroidery delivers premium results at competitive prices.

FAQs: Embroidered T-Shirts

What is logo digitising?

Digitising is the process of converting your flat artwork into an embroidery file that tells the machine where to place each stitch. Our digitising team optimises your design for embroidery, adjusting stitch types, density, and sequencing. This service is included free with every order.

How durable is embroidery compared to printing?

Embroidery is the most durable branding method available. The thread is stitched directly into the fabric and will not crack, peel, or fade. Embroidered logos typically outlast the garment itself, even with industrial washing.

Can you embroider photographic or very detailed designs?

Embroidery works best with bold logos, text, and relatively simple designs. Very fine details, gradients, and photographic images are not suitable for embroidery. For complex designs, we recommend DTF or screen printing combined with embroidery accents.

What is the maximum embroidery size?

Standard left-chest embroidery is up to 10 x 10 cm. For back designs, we can embroider up to 25 x 30 cm. Larger designs require higher stitch counts, which affects pricing. We will advise on the best approach for your specific artwork.

Can I combine embroidery and printing on the same garment?

Yes, this is a popular option. Many clients choose an embroidered logo on the front chest combined with a printed design on the back. This gives you the premium look of embroidery where it matters most while keeping costs manageable for larger back designs.
