Design Guidelines
Provide separate artwork files for each print position (front, back, sleeves).
- Bleed area: No bleed required for garment printing — artwork is placed within the print area.
- Crop area: Standard front print area: 30 x 40 cm. Back print area: 30 x 40 cm. Sleeve: 10 x 10 cm.
- Safe area: Keep important elements at least 2 cm from the edges of the print area.
Accepted formats: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF (preferred), PNG (300 DPI minimum)

What fabric are your round neck t-shirts made from?
Our standard round neck t-shirts are made from 100% combed cotton at 180 GSM. We also offer a premium 220 GSM option for a heavier, more substantial feel. Cotton-polyester blends are available on request.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes, absolutely. You can mix any combination of sizes within a single order. Simply specify the quantity for each size when placing your order, and we will produce them accordingly.
What printing method do you recommend?
For orders under 50 pieces with complex multi-colour designs, we recommend DTF printing. For larger runs with simpler designs, screen printing offers the best value. Sublimation is ideal for all-over prints on white or light-coloured garments.
How long do the prints last?
Our prints are designed to last the life of the garment. Screen prints and DTF transfers can withstand 50+ washes without cracking or fading when garments are washed inside out at 30°C.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Yes, we can produce 1–2 sample pieces for your approval before proceeding with the full order. Sample charges apply but are credited against your bulk order total.
